If the display of your mobile phone appears to be cold, warm, gray, or no display, etc., you can refer to the following solutions to solve the problem:
Solution:
1. Please check whether the Dark mode or Eye comfort mode is turned on.
When Dark mode is turned on, the screen will display dark subjects. When the Eye comfort mode is turned on, the screen will display yellowish. If you don't need these, please turn off Dark mode or Eye comfort mode in Settings > Display & brightness.
2. Please check whether Color correction is turned on.
Color correction can help users with weak eyesight to better identify the colors on the screen. Users with normal eyesight may feel that the screen display is abnormal after turning on this function. If you do not need this, please go to
realme UI 7.0: Settings > Accessibility & convenience > Accessibility > Vision > Turn off Color correction.
realme UI 6.0 & 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0 & 2.0: Settings > System & updates/System/Additional settings > Accessibility > Vision > Turn off Color correction
realme UI S & T & R & Go & U Edition: Settings > Accessibility > Color and motion > Turn off Color correction.
3. Please check whether High contrast text is turned on.
If you turn on High contrast text, the color of the text displayed on the screen will be different from the normal displayed text. If you don't need to use it, it is recommended that you turn off this feature.
