After enabling memory expansion, the available running memory does not increase

Problem phenomenon:

After memory expansion is enabled, the available memory in the background does not increase.

Solution:

After enabling memory expansion, when the running memory is insufficient, a part of the storage space will be temporarily used as running memory. The running memory will only increase the expansion memory in the total running memory of the background page, which is a normal phenomenon.
