Problem phenomenon:
Go to Settings > Account > Login Options, set password and PIN code and enter fingerprint. Press shortcut key win+L to lock the screen, enter password and PIN code to unlock. However, the PIN code can still be entered when the number pad lock is turned off, but unable to enter password.
Cause:
This is a Windows system design problem.
Solution:
It is normal that you can still enter the PIN code when the numeric keypad is locked. The PIN code and password security level are different, but both can enter the system by entering the correct password or PIN code through the keyboard. Please use it with confidence.
