1. Why is it indicated that " AI Edit Genie" has been used up to the limit today?
It is available for use in the first month (calculated from the first time it is used). In the following month, the number of drawing modifications is limited to 20 times per day, and normal usage will resume the next day.
2. Open AI Edit Genie, enter the command, and it prompts "This capability is not yet supported."
The range of capabilities supported by AI Edit Genie is related to the configuration of the entire device you are using. Some functions need to call the editing capabilities in the album to realize this, so due to differences in the editing functions in the album, there may be cases where the AI editing services provided by some models are different.

4. Why does the face in pictures generated by AI Edit Genie change?
AI Edit Genie requires AI generation capabilities to provide AI edit services; there may be special cases where local parts of human faces in images could be altered. We are working hard to optimize and reduce the occurrence of such special cases.
5. Why is AI Edit Genie missing a part of the content?
If you have too many instructions, AI Edit Genie may not be fully executed. You can input them several times to help AI better understand the execution.
6. Why does AI Edit Genie prompt "optimization timed out" or "thinking time too long" when editing images?
This may be caused by too many users, and the server is busy. Please try again.
7. Why are the error prompts for AI Edit Genie's image editing vague and lack clear reasons (such as "Task error, please try again later" or "Photo enhancement timed out")?
If you encounter an abnormal task prompt in image editing, please try again. If repeated attempts still fail, you can feed back to us for processing.
8. Why are the images generated by AI Edit Genie blurry, unnatural, unreasonable, or have color disarray, etc.?
