Problem phenomenon 1:

The alarm will not ring after the time is up. Alarm not working.


Causes:

1. The alarm tone file is damaged or the format is not supported.

2. The phone has entered multi-user mode or system cloner mode, causing the alarm clock application to fail to run properly.

3. The alarm clock application data or cache is abnormal, which affects the normal use of the alarm clock function.


Solution:

1. Please check whether the alarm ringtone file you set can be played normally. If it cannot be played, please try changing to another ringtone file.

2. Please confirm whether your mobile phone has entered multi-user or system clone mode.

3. Please long-press the Clock app > App info > Storage usage >Clear Storage data or Caches. And reset a new alarm to try again.


If you are using a third-party alarm clock, please check the following steps:

Swipe up from the bottom of the screen, select the app > click the three dots in the upper right corner > lock.


If none of the above methods work, please back up important data, restore your phone to factory settings, and try again.


Problem phenomenon 2:

Alarm not working after powering off the phone


Causes:

The battery of the phone is low, or the time between shutdown and ringing is too short.


Solution:

After the phone is turned off, in order to ensure that the alarm clock sounds normally. You need to ensure that the phone has sufficient power and turn off the phone at least 15 minutes before the alarm time.
