Scenario 1: All incoming calls show unknown numbers
1. It is recommended that you clear the Phone app data. Please long-press the app icon to enter the App info, tap Storage usage, and tap Clear data & cache.
2. If it also happens on other phones, it may be that the SIM card has not enabled the caller ID service or there is a problem with the operator’s service, so the phone cannot receive the numbers. It is recommended that you contact your operator to check whether the caller ID service is enabled or whether there is any issue with their service.
If all incoming calls still show unknown numbers after these steps, please contact realme customer service for help.
Scenario 2: Some incoming calls show unknown numbers
It is recommended that you contact your operator. If you are harassed by calls from unknown numbers, you can enable Block Numbers to block such calls.
Path: Phone App > Settings on the top right > Blocked numbers > Turn on Unknown.
