Problem phenomenon:
When the app enters the background for a while, it will restart when entering again.
Problem causes:
To save power and data, the app will automatically close if it stays in the background for too long. Also, when the system resources are low, some background apps will be cleared to ensure the performance of the foreground apps.
Solution:
1. Swipe up from the bottom of the phone > Recent task > Click the three points in the upper right corner of the app menu > Lock.
2. Keep sufficient memory running in the background, and remove unnecessary applications at the background.
3. Please keep the phone screen light on.
4. Turn off the power saving mode, path: Settings > Battery > Power saving mode.
5. Long press the app > tap App Info > Battery usage > Turn On Allow foreground activity, Allow background activity, Allow auto-launch.
