Please troubleshoot according to the following scenarios:

1. Hang up or interrupt when only talking to a fixed person

It may be that the other party's network signal is abnormal, or there is a problem with the other party's calling device.

2. Misoperation during the call may cause the call to be hung up

If the phone is far away from the ear during the call, the phone will turn on the screen, and your finger or face may touch the hang up button by mistake to hang up the call.

If you accidentally touch the power button during a call, the call will be hung up, you can search Press Power button to end calls in the settings and turn off this function.

3. An abnormal network may cause the call to be interrupted

If the phone signal is poor, the call may be interrupted. It is recommended that you move to a place with a good signal to restart the call.

If the phone signal is normal, but the call is abnormal at a fixed location, it may be caused by the network you are currently in. Please try another location.

4. SIM card or operator restrictions may cause calls to be interrupted

If the card is manually cut by yourself, it may cause poor contact of the SIM card and call interruptions on the phone. It is recommended to contact the operator to replace the standard SIM card that is compatible with the phone.

If the call is automatically hung up after 1 or 2 hours on the hour, it may be a limitation of the operator. For details, please consult the SIM card operator.

If the above solutions cannot solve your problem, you can bring the purchase certificate to the realme service center for testing.
