Problem phenomenon:
1. Black screen caused by software installation or system update.
2. realme logo was displayed when starting up, but a black screen was displayed after entering the system.
3. There is no realme logo at startup and the screen is always black.
Problem causes:
1. realme book model can close the screen display when the brightness is set to 0.
2. Software compatibility problem or system update error.
3. The graphics card driver file is damaged.
4. Screen component or cable connection problem.
Solution:
1. If the model is realme book.
Please press the F6 function key to increase the brightness of the display. Check whether the screen shuts down when the brightness is 0.
2. A black screen occurs when you install certain software or update the system.
It can be displayed normally after restart.
Go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, to uninstall the recently installed software.
Go to Settings > Apps > Advanced app settings > Uninstall updates, to uninstall the recently installed system updates.
realme logo is displayed when the system is turned on, but the screen is black after entering the system.
Forcibly restart After seeing the startup logo, press F8 key repeatedly. On the Advanced Options page, choose Troubleshooter > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
After restarting, press the number key 4 on the Startup Settings page to enter safe mode. Try to uninstall the software or system update you just installed in safe mode.
Note: You may be taken to the BitLocker Recovery page after selecting restart.
3. Reinstall the graphics driver.
If conditions permit, you can connect an external monitor and display normally. In this case, go to the realme official website to download and reinstall the graphics driver.
Note: If there is no requirement for external display, skip this step.

4. Reset the system.
If the realme logo is displayed when the laptop is powered on, reset the system to rectify the fault.
Note: If the screen is always black when the laptop is started, skip this step.
If after the above steps, the laptop still has a black screen. Please take the device and warranty certificate to the nearest authorized realme Book service center for further assistance.
