Black screen when using a specific built-in app

Causes:

1. The app has an exception.

2. The app version is too low, which may lead to a black screen.

Solutions:

1. Please force quit the app and clear the cache/data, then restart it.

Path: Long press app icon > Click App info > Storage > Clear cache/data.

2. You can update the app in "Play store".

 

Irregular black screen or black screen with multiple built-in apps

Causes:

1. The phone system is not the latest version.

2. There is insufficient storage space on the phone.

3. There is insufficient running memory on the phone.

4. The memory card is damaged or incompatible with the phone.

Solutions:

1. Update your phone to the latest version.

2. Clear the phone storage space in time. Please click Clean on the Storage page and select unnecessary data to clean. It is recommended that you keep at least 20% of storage available.

3. Clean up the background running programs to ensure that the running memory of the phone is greater than 10%, so as to avoid loading slowly.

4. Remove the SD card and try again.


If the above methods do not solve your problem, please back up your data and go to the nearest realme service center for testing.
