Problem phenomenon:
1. The sound of the Bluetooth earphone connected to the phone is very small, and it is the same when turned to the maximum.
2. Earphone sound suddenly increases or decreases.
Scenario 1: This issue is for all time.
Solutions:
Please refer to the following situation to confirm:
1. Please try to delete the pairing on the phone and try the pairing again.
2. Please try to reset the earphone (long press for 5S in the dual-ear charging case: reset the device).
3. Please try to turn on the absolute volume function.
For realme UI 2.0 & 3.0 & 4.0: Settings > Bluetooth > Advanced/More settings > Media Volume Sync. Turn on this switch, and the phone will turn on the absolute volume function.
For realme UI 1.0 & R & Go Edition:
a. Enter Settings > About phone/device > Enter "Version Information", click "Version Number" 7 times, and it will prompt you have entered the developer option.
b. Enter Settings > Additional/System settings > Developer Options > Enable absolute volume function
c. After disconnecting the Bluetooth earphone, delete the pairing and re-pair it.
4. Please update the firmware of the earphone to the latest.
5. Replace other phones to confirm whether the phone is abnormal. If the non-realme machine alone is abnormal, please report it to the corresponding phone.
Scenario 2: This issue occurs after updating the phone system
Solutions:
For realme phones: Please visit the service center for detection.
For non-realme phones: Please feedback to the phone manufacturer.
