Solution:
1. If the earphones cannot be turned on due to water ingress or hardware damage, please go to the realme service center for repair.
2. Make sure the earphones' battery is fully charged. Please charge the earphones for at least 10 minutes.
If the indicator light is not showing, that means the buds are not getting charged, which is why it's not turning on. If the earphones cannot be charged, please refer to Bluetooth earphones cannot be charged
If the indicator light is getting turned on while charging that means there is a connectivity problem. Please reset the earphones and re-pair to the phone to try.
If the issue remains unresolved, please take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized realme Service Center for assistance.
