This information is applicable to all the realme devices.

If you are experiencing a Bluetooth network sharing failure issue, we recommend the following troubleshooting:

1. Confirm that the data traffic can be used normally.
2. Please ensure that the A mobile phone and the B mobile phone are connected normally through Bluetooth. After the connection, the Bluetooth network sharing is enabled on the A mobile phone, and the B mobile phone selects the A mobile phone and the Internet connection among the paired devices.
3. Whether the status bar will display the network share icon, it will generally show that the A phone shares an Internet connection with one device.
4. If Bluetooth cannot be turned on normally, restart the phone and check whether the Bluetooth function is restored.

If the above steps do not solve your problem, please go to the nearby realme service center for testing.
