Yes, please go to enable the CEC function on both the realme TV Stick and your TV first.
For TV Stick:
realme Smart TV stick: Settings > Device Preferences > Display & Sound > HDMI CEC > CEC Switch > ON/OFF
realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick: Settings > Display & Sound > HDMI-CEC > Enable HDMI-CEC > ON/OFF
