Reasons:
1. Abnormal software can cause this issue, and restoring the TV to factory settings or upgrading to the latest version may fix this issue.
2. Abnormal TV hardware also can cause this issue, such as broken power buttons and other hardware issues.
Solutions:
1. Please turn off the TV and unplug the TV power cord, wait for 2 minutes, and then plug it back in.
