Press and hold the power button and volume down button at the same time for 2 seconds to take a screenshot. If you cannot take a screenshot using this method, please follow the below steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if the screenshot function is abnormal, and try another screenshot method (such as three-finger slide down to take a screenshot);
2. The function of the power button or the volume down button is abnormal;
3. If the storage of the phone is insufficient, enter the file management to check the remaining space of the phone and clean up the files;
4. Screenshots of privacy-related content on the current page cannot be taken.
If the button function is abnormal, please back up the data and go to the nearest realme service center for testing.
