Problem 1：
The PC that pre-installed Windows 11 Home Edition system needs to be connected to the network during the first start up. Besides, a Microsoft account login is required to complete the start-up process, but the user can't create a local account to login.
Problem 2：
During the first start up, the update will be downloaded automatically. If the network condition is poor or the network is disconnected, you need to wait about 40 minutes in the update interface before jumping to the desktop. You can only wait and can't skip the process in any way.
