realme TV doesn't have a pre-installed Hotstar app. But TV can support this APP and you can download it from Google Play Store.
Note:
It isn't applicable to the realme Smart TV Neo 32" due to realme Smart TV Neo 32" doesn't support downloading and installing the APPs.
