We are glad to inform you that our realme TV-realme Smart TV X Full HD100cm (40") & realme Smart TV X Full HD 108cm (43") - are going to support an NTFS format USB drive through a software update.
The new version of the software is planned to be released in the second quarter of this year, please stay tuned to the official website or software prompt on realme Smart TV.
For other TVs, please refer to the list of supported USB drive formats.
