Problem causes:
1. The earphone case does not fit the earphone.
2. Dirt or foreign matters on the buttons.
3. There is liquid in the button.
Solutions:
1. Using a third-party earphone case or wearing the earphone case for a long time will cause the buttons on the earphone to fail. Please take off the earphone case and try again.
2. Check whether there is foreign matter or dirt on the button. It is recommended that you use a soft cloth dipped in a bit of alcohol to wipe it and try pressing it ,several times.
3. If there is liquid in the buttons, it is recommended that you use a soft cloth to press and hold the buttons and wipe them quickly.
If the issue remains unresolved, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized realme Service Center for assistance.
