Echoes on calls and video calls

When you make a phone call or video call, the sound from the receiver/speaker will be recorded by the phone microphone.

1. If you hear your own echo during the call, it may be caused by the poor echo-processing effect of the other party's machine, not the one you use. If there is a problem with the phone, it is recommended that you let the other party switch to the handset call mode or the hands-free call mode, and use the headset to make calls.

2. If the other party hears echoes, it is recommended that you turn down the sound of the speaker slightly, switch the handset call mode or hands-free call mode, and use the headset for calls

3. It is related to your or the other party's network. When the network quality is not good, it may cause an echo. It is recommended that you dial again, or dial to a place with a good signal.

If the issue remains unresolved, please back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized realme Service Center for further assistance.
