Problem background:
The fingerprint icon is not displayed after pressing the screen.
Problem causes:
1. The off-screen unlock function is not turned on.
2. The off-screen fingerprint icon will be displayed for the first time after the screen is off. When the fingerprint icon is displayed for 4 seconds, if you do not move the phone to press the screen (for example, keep it on a horizontal desktop and press the screen), the fingerprint icon will not be displayed. The fingerprint icon will not light up again until the phone is moved.
Solution:
It is recommended that you check whether the display fingerprint icon is turned on.
realme UI 3.0 & above versions: Settings > Search "Fingerprint" in the search bar > Fingerprint > turn on Show fingerprint icon.
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Password & biometrics > Fingerprint> Screen-off unlock > turn on Show fingerprint icon.
realme UI 1.0: Not supported
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U Edition: Not supported
Show the fingerprint icon when the screen is off and is enabled by default. The icon will disappear automatically for about 4 seconds when the phone is at rest. After picking up the phone, the fingerprint icon will be displayed again. Thank you.
