Problem phenomenon:

Flashlight is not working when turning on the camera.


Solution:

1. When the phone battery is lower than 20%, the flashlight cannot be used to ensure standby time. You can use it after charging the phone.

2. Please turn off the phone and restart it to try.

3. Please use the rear camera to take photos, adjust the shooting mode to normal shooting and then turn on the flash to try.

4. Please check if your flashlight is normal.

realme UI 1.0 & above versions: Phone Manager > Click on ⠸ > Choose the Diagnostics > Select the Additional features/Camera and unselect the rest of the options > Click on Run Diagnostics > and Follow the instructions.

realme UI R & S & T & U & Go Edition: Not supported

5. Please back up your data (such as contacts, multimedia files, etc.), and reset factory settings.

realme UI 7.0: Settings > System & update > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Erase all data.

realme UI 6.0 & 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > System/Additional Settings > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Erase all data.

realme UI 1.0 & 2.0: Settings > Additional Settings > Backup & Reset > Erase all data(factory reset) > Erase all data.

realme UI R & Go & T & S & U Edition: Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data.


If none of the above methods can solve your problem, please bring your purchase invoice and phone to the nearest realme customer service center for inspection and processing.
