Problem phenomenon:

1. Why is the headset connected but there is no sound or stuck

2. Connectivity issue for realme buds


Problem causes:

1. Please check whether the earphone port is dirty. If it is dirty, please wipe it clean.

2. Due to the particularity of the Bluetooth headset, the electromagnetic waves in your area may interfere with the Bluetooth connection and there will be no sound.

3. Please check the volume setting of the mobile phone, and whether the volume of the phone is not turned on, and is in a mute state.

4. The mobile phone is far away from the headset, exceeding the effective transmission distance (10m), or there is an obstacle between the headset and the mobile phone. For example, the mobile phone is placed in a pocket.

5. When the phone is connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time, the sound comes from the second device, and the first connected device has no sound.


Solution:

1. Please confirm whether your headphones are in a strong interference environment, away from microwave ovens and other objects with large electromagnetic interference.

2. Turn on the volume on the phone.

3. Put the phone and headset together for use, or reconnect.

4. Please reset the earphone to try again. 

5. Upgrade the earphone firmware to the latest version.

6. If the issue persists, please the nearest authorized realme service center for support.
