CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) allows for HDMI devices to be controlled with one remote control.

2. Operation and Path

realme Smart TV Neo 32":  Settings->Setup->Link-> switch on Link Mode 

Other TV: Settings ->Device Preferences -> Inputs->HDMI control

When the CEC function is enabled, you can view the device in the CEC device list
