Hi, realme fans, you can cancel the order in these 2 scenarios:

Before Shipping

Note: If you cannot find the "cancel" option, it means the order has started shipping, which cannot be canceled on the realme side. Please contact the logistics to reject the delivery.

Cancellation from realme store:

Open realme Store < Click on "Me" icon < Click on "All Orders" < Choose the order you want to cancel, click on the "Cancel" button---Choose the reason for cancellation and click on "Submit".

Cancellation from realme website:

Open realme website: https://www.realme.com/in/ < Login to your account < Click on "My Order" < Choose the order you want to cancel < Tap on "cancel", click on "yes" < Check the order status, shows "Canceled"

After Shipping

Once the order is shipped, you can not cancel it through the above two ways. You can directly reject the delivery when the order reaches the local address.
