The following methods can only modify the display name of the account, not the folder name of the C disk-user-local account.
Method 1: Change local account name
1. Enter the control panel in the taskbar search box and open it.
2. Click "Change account type", select the account you want to change, and click "Change account name".
3. After entering your new account name, click "Change name".
Method 2: Change Microsoft account name
Please open the Microsoft website (https://account.microsoft.com/account/), log in to your Microsoft account, click on "More Actions > Edit Profile", and then click on "Edit Name ". You can also set your Microsoft account avatar by clicking "Add Image" on this screen.
