2. Solution
To see the history of photos shown on your lock screen carousel, you need to use the Lock Screen Magazine app. This app is not directly available from the home screen or app drawer. Instead, it must be added as a lock screen shortcut. Once set up, the app allows you to browse last 40 images that have appeared on your phone's lock screen.
How to Set Up the Lock Screen Magazine Shortcut: Go to Settings > Home screen & Lock screen > Lock screen shortcuts, and select "Lock screen Magazine". (Additional information for lock screen shortcut function here: Lock Screen Shortcut ).
How to view the history: Open the Lock screen magazine app by swiping on the shortcut at the bottom of your lock screen > tap the three dots in the upper right corner > click History. Then you can find the last 40 images you have viewed and add them to Carousel wallpapers.
