Download realme Care App from Google Play Store or Apple Store, or scan the below QR code.
Login to realme Care app with the registered mobile number & enter the OTP which will be received through SMS.
Open the realme Care app and select "My Devices".
Select the product model and then select "Book Repair"
Click on "Raise a Claim Request"
Select request type.
Read the instructions & click on "Understood"
Enter your claim details.
Pay the deductible amount for raising the claim (no deductible needs to be paid for the Extended Warranty Plan)
Select the nearest service center and time slot to book an appointment.
