Problem phenomenon:
When a call comes, the screen doesn't turn on, and it returns to normal after pressing the power button
Problem cause:
1. The third-party screen protector blocks the distance sensor;
2. The system function is abnormal;
3. The distance sensor of the phone is abnormal;
Solution:
1. Please remove the third-party screen protector and try again.
2. Restart your phone and try again.
3. Please try to reset the factory settings.

realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > System/Additional Settings > Back up and reset > Reset Phone > Erase all data.

If the above steps cannot solve your problem, please bring the purchase certificate to the nearest customer service center for inspection and processing.
