Don't worry if your phone isn't charging normally. This is usually related to the charging accessories, the phone port, environmental factors, or the system status. The following guide will help you troubleshoot step-by-step to get your phone charging again.

I. Hardware and Connection Check

1. Check your charging accessories

Please make sure you are using the original charger and cable that came with your phone. Third-party or incompatible accessories might not provide power correctly. We recommend trying a different charger and cable that you know work properly to see if the original accessories are the issue.

2. Clean the charging port and check connections

Carefully check the phone’s charging port, cable connectors, and the charger port for any dust, lint, or debris. You can gently clean them with a dry, soft brush or compressed air. Also, ensure all connections are tight and secure.

Important: If you see any obvious physical damage, bending, or corrosion on the ports, please stop using them immediately to avoid further damage and contact customer service as soon as possible.

II. Environment and System Optimization

1. Ensure a suitable charging temperature

Your phone charges best within a specific temperature range. Please make sure the ambient temperature is between 15°C and 35°C (59°F - 95°F). Extreme cold or heat can affect charging efficiency or prevent charging altogether.

2. Restart your phone and update the system

Try unplugging and replugging the charging cable, or simply restarting your phone. A simple restart can often clear temporary system glitches or connection issues. If the problem persists, please check for updates and install the latest system version, as updates often include improvements for charging stability.

III. Activating After Long Period of Disuse

If your phone hasn't been used for a long time, or if the battery died and wasn't charged immediately, the battery might be in an "over-discharged" state. It needs extra time to wake up. Please leave the phone connected to the charger for at least 30 minutes to see if it responds.
