Preconditions:
1. Please confirm if the record microphone sound option is activated.
realme UI 7.0: Settings > Accessibility & convenience > Screen recording > Record microphone sound
realme UI 6.0 & 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > System/Additional settings > Screen recording > Record microphone sound
realme UI 2.0: Settings > Convenience tools > Screen recording > Record microphone sound
realme UI R & Go & T & S & U Edition: Pull down the control center > Screen record > Microphone
2. Please confirm if the device has selected an external device as sound input. You can search for the Default recorder in the settings > Select Add-on.
3. Please confirm if the external microphone can work normally on other devices.
If you confirmed that the problem was caused by the phone, please visit the realme service center to be diagnosed.
