1. Press and hold the Reset button at the bottom of the device for 10-15 seconds when it is plugged in.
The device will then restore to factory settings and enter configuration mode. You can then connect to the network with the help of realme link app.
2. When changing the installation location and switching to a different router (2.4 GHz), you need to press and hold the Reset button to reset it until the sound prompts and configure the network connection (no need to delete the device).
