When the Reduce notification feedback on full screen is turned on, the notification ringtone is softer and the vibration is reduced when on full screen (such as watching videos or playing games).
Setting method:
realme UI 2.0 & above settings: Settings > Search "Reduce notification feedback" in the search bar > Reduce notification feedback on full screen/Reduce notification feedback.
realme UI R & S & T & Go & U Edition: Not supported
