You can choose to Show hours and minutes, Show the hours, minutes and seconds, and Do not show in the status bar by setting.

realme UI 5.0 & 4.0 & 3.0: Settings > Notifications & status bar > Status Bar > Time
realme UI 2.0 & 1.0: Settings > Notifications & status bar > Time
realme UI R & Go & S & T & U edition: Not supported. Show the hours, and minutes by default
