How to set up the new realme phone

When the realme phone is turned on for the first time or the phone is reset to factory settings, the phone will enter the boot wizard. After the process is complete, you can enter the phone desktop to start official use.

Note: The boot wizard may be slightly different for different models, please refer to the actual model and version.


1. Select the language you want to use.

2. Read realme Smart User Agreement, then click I have read and agree to the User Agreement, and then click Next.

3. Read the Terms of Service and click Next.

4. Read Operator service statement and click Agree.

5. Click the available Wi-Fi, or click Skip to enter the desktop and then set.

Note: If you are not connected to the network, some of the subsequent steps will be inoperable, you can skip and then set up.

6. Read the Wi-Fi Assistant related functions, and then click Next.


7. Set unlock method, you can also click skip to enter the desktop and then set.

8. Sign in to the HeyTap account, or click later and then set up.

9. Check Recommended for you for a more intimate feature experience, then click Next.

Note: If you do not sign in to your HeyTap account, you cannot turn on Cloud services and Find your phone.

10. Quickly import the old phone data into the machine, or click Next and then set.

12. Personalize your phone, set wallpapers, icon styles, fonts, etc. You can also click Next and then set.


13. After completing the above settings, you can use realme UI, click Get started to enter the desktop to complete the first boot settings.
