User profiles let you share your Android device (phone or tablet) with others without sharing any personal data. Each user gets an individual space linked to their own Google account where they have a different home screen, apps, settings, files, messages, and more.
When you add an account, you can use all the services related to that particular account. e.g., Google Account for Gmail.
Settings > Users & Accounts > Add account > Choose any account > Enter details
