Use keyboard shortcuts to take screenshots
1. Press the "Prtsc" key on the keyboard to take a full-screen or partial screenshot.
2. Press the "Win + Shift + S" key combination at the same time to open the options menu, you can choose a full-screen screenshot or a window screenshot (drag the cursor to select the area to be captured) to take a screenshot.
3. You can also press the "Win + PrtSc" keys at the same time to take a full-screen screenshot, and then view your screenshot in This PC > Pictures > Screenshots.
You can also use a third-party screenshot tool
For example, on WhatsApp, open any chat window and click the screenshot button to take a screenshot.
