1. Function introduction
When the near-field voice doesn't work or the remote can't control the TV by Bluetooth, please refer to this method to test.
2. Operation
Step 1: Turn on the Bluetooth of the smartphone.
Step 2: Hold and press the OK and Home button of the remote.
Step 3: Find the Bluetooth device "realme" on the scan list of the smartphone, and select and connect to it.
Step 4: Press the direction button and ok to check if the remote can control the smartphone.
If yes, the Bluetooth function of the remote is proper.
If not, there may be some issues with the remote. You can refer to What if realme Smart TV remote is not working? to troubleshoot.
Note：
This article isn't applicable for realme Smart TV Neo 32" due to the remote of Neo 32" being an Infrared (IR) remote.
