1. Preparing for Upgrade

• A U disk needs to be prepared separately to save the upgrade file.

• The U disk format must be FAT32

• It is recommended to use a high-speed U disk for a system upgrade.

• Please do not turn off your realme Smart TV during the update process. Otherwise, it may cause system damage.

• Please note: before changing the U disk format, please copy and save the files that be stored on this USB flash drive. Because changing the format from others to FAT32 will format the USB flash drive.


2. Preparing for the upgrade file

Please refer official web link: https://www.realme.com/in/support/software-update , YouTube link:https://youtu.be/B8azS0ReBLc or follow the picture guide below to enter the serial number and download the software.

There is a software upgrade SOP in the download link. Please kindly read the SOP document before upgrading the software. 


3. Operation of Update

Step 1: Transfer the downloaded system upgrade files to the root directory of the U disk and make sure there are no other *.pkg files.

Step 2: Unplug the power cable, insert the U disk, plug in the power cord, the system will automatically enter the upgrade process.

Please kindly note: This upgrade will take a few minutes. Please wait patiently for the TV to restart automatically. During the upgrade, don't power the TV off.


Step 3: After the upgrade is complete, the TV will automatically restart.

Step 4: Wait for the screen to display as follows; the upgrade is successful. Pull out the U disk to prevent it from entering the upgrade again after reboot.
