realme UI 5.0 & 4.0: Phone Manager > Tool > Diagnostics or Phone Manager > Tap on ︙on top right corner > Diagnostics
realme UI 3.0: Phone Manager > Tool > Diagnostics
realme UI 2.0: Phone Manager > Diagnostics

realme R & S & Go & T & U Edition: Not supported
Diagnostics
1. Click 'Diagnostics', select the detection items, and click Run Diagnostics.
2. During the diagnostics process, you can choose to skip certain items.
3. After the diagnostics is completed, a report will be generated about whether the current software and hardware of the phone are working normally.
View historical reports
Click the three dots > Record in the upper right corner to view the previous report.
