In realme UI 4.0 and above versions, you can enlarge a small folder to a large folder. After switching to a large folder, you can click the app in the large file to start it directly, without opening the folder and then starting the app.
Path:
realme UI 4.0 & above versions: Long press on a folder > Enlarge folder.
