Problem Phenomena:
Situation 1: The phone's battery level remains unchanged for a long time and then suddenly shuts down.
Example: After watching videos for 3 hours, the phone's battery level has always shown 70% and then suddenly shuts down. Pressing and holding the power button prompts that there is insufficient battery power and it cannot be turned on.
Situation 2: The phone's battery level remains unchanged for a long time and then drops significantly after restarting the phone.
Example: After watching videos for 2 hours, the phone's battery level has always remained at 90%. After restarting the phone, the battery level drops to 70%.
Situation 3: There is no response when charging the phone, and the battery level increases significantly after restarting the phone.
Example: After charging for 1 hour, the battery level has always shown 30%. The phone normally displays the charging icon but the battery level doesn't increase. After restarting the phone, the battery level suddenly increases to 70%.
Problem Causes:
1. Caused by an overly low ambient temperature.
2. Abnormalities occur during the charging and discharging process, and the battery level needs to be recalibrated.
Solution:
1. When the ambient temperature is low, the activity of the battery will decrease, thus reducing the available capacity of the battery and resulting in abnormal battery level display. When using the phone in such a situation, problems such as sudden changes in the battery level and poor battery durability may occur. We recommend that you place the phone in an appropriate temperature environment for use and upgrade the phone to the latest version. Usually, this can make the battery return to normal.
Note: The phone is suitable for working in an environment with a temperature between 0 °C and 35 °C, and the storage temperature should be between -20 °C and 45 °C. Temperatures that are too high or too low will affect the use of the phone and even cause damage to the phone and the battery.
2. To recalibrate the battery level, it is recommended that you charge the phone until it prompts that the charging is completed and then continue charging for another 15 minutes. Then turn off the phone and continue charging for another 15 minutes. (If the phone turns on after plugging in the charger, please turn it off manually after plugging in the charger to conduct the charging operation.)
