Invalid directory name error when opening documents

Problem phenomenon:

When opening documents such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., it prompts that the directory name is invalid.

Problem causes:

The document is damaged.

Solution:

1. Try to use the file repair function that comes with Word/Excel/PPT software to repair. (This article takes Word as an example)

1) Open Word software and click the "Open" button.

2) Click the "Browse" under the "Open" menu.

3) Find the file you want to repair in the file preview interface and click the file.

4) Click the small arrow to the right of the "Open" option.

5) Click on "Open and Repair Options" that appears below the small arrow.

6) Re-open the file.
