Problem phenomenon:
Music or video player keeps pausing or auto-pausing when playing
Causes:
1. There is a problem with this audio source.
2. Poor or slow internet connection can cause songs to keep loading or buffering. That may lead the music player to keep pausing.
3. The earphones or external devices may be abnormal.
4. When multiple programs are running in the background, the RAM is low. So, the background play is stopped automatically to create the required space.
5. The music or video app sometimes suddenly becomes abnormal.
Solution:
1. Please change another song to try again.
2. It is recommended that you download the songs or videos in advance. Even in an environment without the Internet, you can listen to songs or watch videos.
3. Please take off your devices to try again. If the video or audio plays normally without the device, it means there is a problem with the device. Please contact the device vendor.
4. Clean up the background programs and turn off unused system settings. Such as games, video apps, personal hotspots, GPS, etc.
5. First you can long press the corresponding app to enter the App info, click Force stop to quit the app, and re-open it. And clear the cache and data of this app.
If the issue persists, for third-party apps, it is recommended that long press the app icon on the home screen to uninstall and reinstall the app from Google Play store.
