Please follow the below troubleshooting method to solve your problem:

1. Log in Google account.

2. Home screen > long press Play Store > click the circle exclamation point > enter App info > click Storage usage > click Clear data.

3. Re-enter the Play Store > click the avatar in the upper right corner > click Google Account > slide to the right to find "people and sharing" > slide to the bottom to find "contacts" and click "contacts".

4. Check whether the cloud data has saved complete Google contact data.

5. Find contacts on the Home screen (usually in the Google folder) > long press "contacts" > click the circle exclamation point > enter App info > click Storage usage > click Clear data.

6. Find "phone" on the Home screen > long press "phone" > click the circle exclamation mark > enter App info > click Storage usage > click Clear data.

7. Re-open "contacts" > pull down the interface to automatically synchronize or directly check whether Google contacts are lost.

8. Re-open the "phone" > check whether the contacts are restored.

9. It is recommended that you regularly back up your phone data or cloud backup to avoid this situation happening again.
