Solution:

1. Using earphones at high temperatures can cause magnetic absorption failure.

2. Damage to the earphone cable, such as deformation, breakage, or fracture can result in functional failure.

3. Functional failure of the earphones can occur due to liquid entry, dropping, or excessive pressure.


If the earbud magnet still fails to work properly in the recommended temperature range of 5℃ to 35℃, please bring the earphones and proof of purchase to the nearest authorized realme Service Center for assistance.
