Causes:

1. Possible poor contact in the charging circuit

2. The earphone goes to sleep the first time it is charged or if it has not been used for a long time.

3. Charging heads and cables may not meet product charging requirements.

Solution:

1. Please check the charging connection. Make sure the cable is firmly attached to the charging port and the power adapter. Then, plug the power adapter into a working power outlet.

2. Please clean the earphones. Open the charging port and check if it is dirty. If yes, plug and unplug the cable several times. Then, use a hair dryer to blow cold air and remove any remaining dirt from the port. Try charging the earphones again.

3. Please charge the earphones for at least 10 minutes by using the realme original cable or other authentic charging cable.

4. Please check the charging status. Connect the earphones to a phone or tablet and see their battery. If the problem is solved and the battery level is above 30%, update the earphone’s firmware to the latest version and charge them fully.

5. To charge the earphones safely, make sure the temperature is between 5℃ and 35℃. If it is too cold (below 0°C) or too hot (above 45°C), the earphones may not charge properly.

If the issue persists, take the earphones and proof of purchase to a nearby authorized realme Service Center for assistance.
