Problem causes:
1. Driver problem
The laptop DTS Dolby driver is abnormal, or the driver is uninstalled by mistake.
2. Use the wrong software
The DTS Dolby Atmos comes with realme Book. The full name of the software is DTS Audio Processing. Using other software may cause problems such as activation.
Solutions:
1. Please check whether the name of the software used is DTS Audio Processing in the application list or in the upper left corner of the software. If it is not this software, please click the start button in the lower-left corner of the screen, use the keyboard to input DTS Audio Processing, or click the start button, find and open it in the application list.
