Problem phenomenon:

When the other party calls you, your phone has no prompts, or the other party receives a text message notification after hanging up.

Causes:

1. Poor phone signal causes inability to receive incoming calls.

2. SIM card failure or overdue payment, VoWiFi disabled or weak Wi-Fi signal can result in missed calls.

3. The phone is on Do Not Disturb mode and has been set to allow calls.

4. The phone is set to forward calls to other numbers, leading to the current phone number not receiving calls.

5. The phone has the Filter spam calls function enabled, which may block some incoming calls.

6. Blocked numbers are set, resulting in some phone calls being rejected.

7. If this phenomenon occurs frequently while playing games, Game focus mode may be activated.

Solution:

1. If the SIM card signal shows abnormalities (e.g. only 1-2 cells, the phone is always on 2G/3G) and you cannot receive calls, it is usually a problem with the local operator's network. It is recommended that you contact the local operator. Of course, you can also change the location to see if the phone signal is normal.

2. If the SIM card is down and unpaid, you may not receive incoming calls properly. If VoWiFi is not enabled or the Wi-Fi signal is not working, a reception will also be lost. So please check with your operator to make sure there are no abnormalities with your SIM card , and ensure the VoWiFi is on and the Wi-Fi signal is working.

3. If you have Do Not Disturb turned on and you have changed the Allow calls from the below setting, you may not receive calls. Please go to Settings > Sound & vibration > Do Not Disturb and change the Allow calls from below back to anyone.

4. If the phone has call forwarding enabled, calls will be transferred to another phone number. Please turn off the call forwarding function and try again.

All realme UIs: Open the Phone app > Tap More options > Settings > Calling Account > Carrier call Setting/Operator-related settings > Call Forwarding.

5. If you have Filter spam calls enabled, you may not be able to answer some calls. It is recommended that you turn this function off.

6. Please go to the Phone > Click on the icon on the upper right corner > Settings > Blocked numbers to see if you have blocked the incoming caller number. If so, please remove it.

7. If this problem occurs while you are playing, you may have Game focus mode enabled, which prevents you from receiving calls when you are playing, or you can turn it off in Game Assistant if you do not need it.

If none of the above methods solve your problem, please back up your phone data and bring your purchase certificate to the nearest authorized realme service center for testing and processing.
